The BBQ Roll Up!
About this Recipe
It’s so easy! Use your favorite flour or corn tortillas (we love Mission’s) and roll up any or all of these delicious ingredients. Roll, heat in oven at 250 for 12-15min. Keep uncovered for a crispier shell.
Get them to eat fruit by adding in pieces of diced fruit you may have on hand.
- 1 Pound ROWDYDOW BBQ smoked meat
- White Cheddar or Gouda Cheese (Moms, whatever is in the fridge!)
- Any veggies like cauliflower
- Diced Peaches, mango, apples, or pears
Collect ingredients you have already on hand. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Heat up your choice of ROWDYDOW BBQ smoked meat.
Add your favorite ingredients to your tortilla and roll up.
Cover and cook in oven for 12-15 minutes. *For crispier shell cook uncovered.
Remove from stove and let cool before eating.
